What if I am not happy with the provided services?
- We offer 100% customer satisfaction, so in case you are not happy with the services provided, please let us know and we will come back and clean your home once again free of charge.
Are the cleaning products that you use safe for me and my family?
- There is no need to worry at all as we use products that are ecofriendly and don’t pose any harm to the environment and people’s health. The only thing we ever leave behind is a clean and fresh property.
What would I need to do before the cleaners arrive?
- We don’t require you to do anything special before our cleaners arrive. However, we strongly advise our customers to always put away personal belongings and any important documents.
Will I have to inform you if I have pets at home?
- Your pets will not bother us however, if you think we will bother them, it is advisable to keep them in a separate room.
What will happen if I need to cancel?
- You can cancel your appointment at any time provided you give us 24 hours’ notice. In case you cancel at the last moment and there are less than 24 hours to the appointment, then we will charge you a percentage of the booking fee.
What are the payment terms?
- We provide several payment options. Please contact us so you can choose the one that suits you the best.
How long will you be cleaning?
- Every service we offer is with different duration. When you have booked an appointment with us, we will let you know how long it will take us to clean your property.
Is it necessary to be home during the cleaning process?
- No, not at all. You can drop your house keys off at our office and we will take care of the rest.
Am I responsible if your cleaners get injured during the cleaning process?
- You should not worry about our cleaners as they are fully covered by our comprehensive insurance policy.
Are your cleaners insured and what happens if they break something?
- Our cleaners are fully ensured and they all have up to date CRB check. In the unlikely event that something gets broken, we will replace it for you or if it cannot be replaced we will pay for it.
Will I always get the same team?
- Yes, we do everything possible to keep sending the same team to your property. In the rare occasion that you have booked an appointment when your preferred team is not available, we will let you know and give you the option to change your booking.
Are your prices inclusive of everything?
- Our prices include everything needed for the cleaning of your property. However, if we need to pay for parking, we will pass that charge onto you.
